Our stay at The Alana was amazing! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. The swimming pool was a bit cold, but that was the only drawback. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Surabaya.

The hotel had free minibar in the room which was great! the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel is in a good location with easy access to restaurants and other places.

Breakfast was just okay , chicken meat was available but there was no bacon or fish. Lastly, the mini, fridge wasn't working which was a bummer.

The soundproofing in the hotel is noticeably poor, as other guests' noise can disturb your peaceful stay.

The sauna and pool were definitely the best aspects of my Easter weekend stay. The sauna was great, though it was a bit hot. The pool was refreshing and well-maintained. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet which made for a peaceful stay. We also appreciated the free breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi.

One of the worst things about this hotel was the small room size. It was difficult to move around and there was hardly any closet space.

It is surrounded by a shopping mall and various restaurants, making it convenient to explore the local cuisine and do some shopping. The staff here are really friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room amenities are top-notch, with everything from air conditioning and a mini-bar to an in-room safe and a dining table.
